    There is a spacious open plan living room with partially vaulted ceilings, dual aspect windows, large stone surround fire place and access onto a southwest facing balcony through large glass sliding doors. The uninterrupted views of both the Bruson range (Six Blanc, Mont Rogneux) as well as the Aiguilles de Chamonix are spectacular. Tucked away in the corner of the room is a small office space.

    The property further comprises of four equal sized bedroom all benefiting from granite stone en suite bath or shower rooms.

    The underground access directly to the W Hotel is where there are two garage space available. Additional there is a large private ski/storage room fitted with with boot heaters. The building also benefits from lift access to all floors.
