The specific traditional house was completely renovated in two phases until 2005 to an immaculate standard, with the current owners having artfully restored and decorated the house.

The property gate is located on the northern façade near the entrance of the old castle ruins creating a mystical atmosphere. 

The upper level is accessible from an internal staircase but also from an external marble staircase as well. On the first floor the result is a slowing sequence of interconnecting rooms. The front door opens to a beautifully light entrance hall around which the living and dining rooms, the kitchen and an extra room are arranged. This extra room can be used for a media room or an office, or it can be transformed into a hobby studio. All windows and verandas from the two-levels house enjoy panoramic sea and landscape views of the island.  On the lower level there are two large double bedrooms, with ample space for beds and decks, both with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom, used as a guest one, is also positioned at ground level, but on an independent building conveniently positioned adjacently, with private living room and bathroom. The property also comprises some auxiliary buildings and an enclosed and independent kitchen with a stone brick oven.

The residence has a wraparound terrace that provides a serene space to relax and entertain and many corners used as dining and sitting areas. Near the open garden and the kitchen there is also a built barbeque area. Below the main terrace a deck is found that enjoys a grandiose view of Kea. Due to the high inclination of the natural landscape the garden with plenty of fruit trees is landscaped in different level terraces below the main residence.
