    About this property

    • For sale in the heart of Reguengos de Monsaraz, this 1857 Victorian Gothic palace is a true living masterpiece, offering 2,000 sqm across two grand floors, surrounded by a 4,000 sqm walled garden.

The magnificent Piano Nobile, featuring 6-metre-high ceilings, artistic stucco, and original frescoes, showcases 19th-century craftsmanship at its finest. The residence includes 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an elegant Loggia, terrace, patio, and a suite of rooms with preserved period details.

In need of full restoration, the property presents exceptional potential: a distinguished private estate, boutique hotel, cultural retreat, event venue or high-end tourism project. Its location near Monsaraz, Lake Alqueva and renowned vineyards enhances both its charm and investment value.

A rare opportunity to revive a timeless architectural icon.
