It is comprised mainly of traditional stone houses scattered along country lanes with two excellent pubs, The Fox and The Horse and Groom, and a particularly active village hall offering a range of activities and classes. Situated at the end of Church Lane is the historic 11th Century Church of St. Nicholas which holds candlelit services. The area is ideal for keen walkers with easy access to many beautiful walks through the Cotswold countryside. From the bottom of the lane you can walk or cycle through Daylesford farm on a gravel footpath to the Daylesford farm shop, Bamford Spa and the Padel courts or take a stroll through the farm to Kingham for lunch at the Kingham Plough or Wild Rabbit.
