The new development includes the construction of two logistics buildings: Building B1 will have a total area of approximately 11,800 sqm, including 9,980 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 1,820 sqm of office space on two levels. It will have a height of 12 metres below beam, a sprinkler system, 10 loading bays + 1 flush door with access ramp, a load capacity of 5 t/sqm, a 32 metre manoeuvring yard depth, LED lighting, REI 120 and a photovoltaic system on the roof. It will be available in Q1 2026. Building B3 will have a total area of 5,500 square metres, including 5,100 square metres of warehouse space and 400 square metres of office space on two floors. It will have a height of 12 metres under the beam, a sprinkler system, 5 loading bays, a load capacity of 5 tonnes per square metre, a 32 metre deep manoeuvring area, LED lighting, REI 120 and a photovoltaic system on the roof. It will be available 10 months from the signing of a binding contract. The two buildings in the new logistics development will be built to the standards required by the logistics market, with the aim of achieving LEED GOLD certification.
