The park currently consists of one existing industrial hall totalling 14,000 sq m, which was built between 2002 and 2005. The existing production hall may be extended by another 4,300 sq m and a construction of another stand-alone hall of 7,100 sq m is also planned. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements.
