The park consists of four modern industrial halls totalling between 4,300 sq m and 8,600 sq m. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. The smallest rentable unit is 550 sq m. It is also possible to lease only office space. All four buildings have a standard clear internal height of 10 m, floor loading capacity of 5 t/sq m, and are equipped with sprinklers. The extension of Hall A of 1,800 sq m is being planned in the future.
