CTPark Liberec consists of one logistics hall divided into two units with a leasable area of 8,100 sq m. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Further construction in this park is not planned.

The park is situated in the industrial zone in the south of Liberec. Approximately 2.5 km from exit 25 on the D10 highway (Prague - Mladá Boleslav - Liberec). Easy access by public transport – bus stop within walking distance.
