The area consists of two existing industrial halls. Further construction is planned, the current plan envisages the construction of four more buildings with a size of 6,500 m2 to 37,500 m2. The construction will be carried out according to the requirements of the future tenant. The premises are suitable for storage, logistics, distribution, or light production.
