The park consists of two existing logistics halls and land for further construction. The plan is to construct an industrial hall of 6,000 sq m with a clear internal height of 10 m and standard floor loading capacity (5 t/sq m). Premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements.
