The park consists of five modern warehouses with clear internal height of 7.5 m and standard floor loading capacity of 5T/sq m. Each building is split into number of smaller flexible business units ranging from 210 sq m to 1,500 sq m. Individual units are equipped with drive-in gates (shutter door), loading docks are not available. Premises are suitable for warehousing, distribution, light production or as a showroom.
