Planned development by Logport will offer one industrial hall of approx. 4,600 sq m. Building can be up to 20 m high, there is possibility of 30MW electricity connection and the space can be used for heavy production too.

The building will be constructed in the eastern part of Kladno, within the industrial zone Kladno-East. 9.5 km from exit 7 of the D7 highway (currently connecting Prague, Prague ring-road and Slaný). Bus stop is within walking distance.
