The park currently consists of one modern distribution centre totalling 27,400 sq m, which was completed in 2020. The existing building is BREEAM Outstanding certified and is fully occupied by a long-term tenant. Construction of another two buildings is planned (32,500 sq m and 39,500 sq m). Premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements. Occupation is possible within 6-9 months after Future Lease Agreement signature.
