The park consist of two modern industrial halls totalling 17,300 sq m and 24,500 sq m. Further construction in this park is not planned. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production.

The park is located south of Žebrák, approximately half-way between Prague and Pilsen.
At exit 34 of the D5 highway (Prague - Pilsen - Germany).
Easy access by public transport – bus stop within walking distance.
