The park will be developed on a former brownfield site. Upon completion, the park will consist of two modern industrial halls totalling 32,000 sq m and 25,000 sq m. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements.
