The park consists of one stand-alone warehouse totalling 16,400 sq m, which was built in 2006. The hall has higher than standard clear internal height of 12 m and standard floor loading capacity of 5 t/sq m. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. All of the premises are fully occupied by a long-term tenant and further construction in this park is not possible.
