An industrial park consisting of modern as well as older refurbished warehouses and production premises with a total area of 39,000 sq m. Construction of several new buildings is planned. The premises are suitable for light production and storage.

The park is located in the southern part of Brno, in the Brněnské Ivanovice city area. 2 km from exit 196 of the D1 (Prague - Brno - Ostrava) and D2 (Brno - Břeclav - Bratislava) highway. A bus stop is loctaed within walking distance.
