The office market zone CBD (Central Business District) or banking district forms the core of the Northrhine-Westphalian capital not only because of its central location. Traditionally, Düsseldorfs prime rents are achieved here.
In the north, the office market zone reaches to the public park Hofgarten, in the south it is limited by Graf-Adolf-Straße. Berliner Allee and Kasernenstraße (including its northern extension) form the east and west borders.
