Local information
The office market zone Seestern is the area on the left side of the Rhine along Hansaallee. With a gross floor area of approx. 520,000 sq m it is one of the largest and most traditional business districts in Düsseldorf.
A distinction is made between the original Seestern district - bordered by Lütticher and Brüsseler Straße, north of Hansaallee - and the so-called extended Seestern area south of Hansaallee, between Prinzenallee/Brüsseler Straße and Schiessstraße.
Interesting developments can be found in the surroundings such as “BelsenPark” or along Hansaallee.
The planned projects there promise significant changes and perspectives for the entire area on the left side of the Rhine.
By the underground railway on-site good connections to the city centre are granted, as well.
