This building was once the administrative headquarters of the Larios winery (Pernod Ricard). The building was located within a larger complex where the company's wineries were located, so the technique and construction quality are better than average, with a better drainage capacity than normal to avoid the winery contaminating adjoining wineries in the event of a spill of a winery one could not contaminate the adjoining one.
The building has two floors, is air-conditioned and has a technical floor and ceiling.

The building has a central courtyard that, in addition to providing the service for which Pernod Ricard was created, established it as an expansion area for employees as well as an area to hold company events.
