This attractive estate is just 3 km from an authentic medieval village in the Vaucluse. The property benefits from a strategic and ideal location to develop direct sales at the winery. Situated on the edge of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the estate is about 30 mn from the Orange motorway exit. The international airport of Marseille is 1h20 away from the property. The estate offers an interesting range of wines in AOP Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret.
The buildings are located in the heart of the main plot of land, which covers about 12 ha.

An attractive house made from local stone offers around 120 m² of living space. It opens onto a large terrace with swimming pool and overlooks the vineyards belonging to the estate. A building permit has been granted for the extension of the house by a further 80m², for a total living area of 200m².

The vineyard covers 13.3 ha in AOP Côtes du Rhône (5.6 ha), AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret (3.9 ha), AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages (1.3 ha), AOP Ventoux (1.2 ha) and IGP (1.3 ha). The vines are well maintained and the grape varieties are of quality based on Syrah (30%) and Grenache (48%). The harvest declarations have been regular for 4 years and the average yield is around 40 hl/ha. The estate is located near to an attractive tourist village in the Rhone Valley. It benefits from a strategic location to significantly develop sales at the winery. The current owners market 8,000 bottles out of a potential of 50,000 bottles. The remainder is sold in bulk to the Rhone Valley wine negociant trade. The wines are of high quality and the estate benefits from a young and dynamic image.
