  • The property is situated in a rural setting, only about 9 miles south of Cirencester, between Malmesbury (10 miles) and Cricklade (2.7 miles). Surrounded by gently undulating farmland the adjacent countryside is characterised by small fields divided by hedgerows and wooded copses.
