This wine estate is located just six kilometres from the Mediterranean coast. The imposing, south facing, U shaped Catalan farmhouse stands in the heart of 38 hectares of land in one single block and offers exceptional views of the Pyrenees and the sea. A former monastery dating from the mid 19th century, the house and farm buildings have been renovated in recent years to a high standard. Only one wing of the mas remains to be renovated, allowing the future owner to leave their mark on the estate. The Spanish border is only 45 minutes away and the city of Barcelona is only 2h15 away.


One wing of the farmhouse has been completely renovated to a high standard, offering around 750m² of living space. The house offers top-of-the-range features (cement tiles, underfloor heating, wireless alarms, wood fittings, high ceilings, etc.).

The ground floor includes a large living room, kitchen, TV room and gym. On the first floor a master suite is completed by two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The converted attic offers 2 additional bedrooms and a spacious family living area for the children.

The winery has a capacity of over 2,500hl. It was entirely modernisedand re-equipped in 2012 to create a first class vinification tool comprising mostly stainless steel vats (Lejeune) with some concrete and fibreglassvats, two pneumatic presses, destemmer, peristaltic pump, rotary vacuum filter...
It should be noted that the winery has not been operational for the past 5 years as the vineyard is farmed under a short-term lease by a regional wine
