The FAP Building - Casas de Camões was built around 100 years ago.
It was designed to be the home and car workshop of its original owner, who was also the creator of the 1st Portuguese sports car brand: FAP.
It was completely demolished, with the exception of the façade, which is strictly at the time, giving rise to a new construction.

The Building is composed of eight fractions.
A vertical body with ground floor plus two with T1 and T2 duplex dwellings and a horizontal body comprising four T1 duplex houses intended for Services.

The building's atrium is spacious, with a decor alluding to FA P cars, and has an area reserved for the parking of two-wheelers with electrical outlets associated with each fraction.

Located on the main road to downtown Porto, it provides proximity to that area without being in a critical point of agitation, traffic or difficult access.

With all the necessary and useful services and amenities such as pharmacies, restaurants, buses at the door, Faria Guimarães Metro station opposite, Hospital de Santa Maria 100m away, it is less than 10 minutes on foot from the garden of Praça da República, from Trindade Metro station, City Hall and Avenida dos Aliados.

Estimated completion date for the work is May 2024.
