Refurbishment of the building, renovation of the communal areas of the building, with the creation of centralised toilets per floor. New curtain wall façade with double skin of slats on the exterior façade and comprehensive refurbishment of the interior façade. Renovation of the general installations, adapting them to Covid solutions, as well as replacement of lifts. The building has a car park.
