Okrąglak has been one of the most important buildings and meeting places in Poznań for many years.
It is an important landmark with a rich history, designed by Mark Leykam in the modernist style. Its unique character is emphasized by a round floor plan, distinctive staircase, and unique facade. Since the major renovation in 2012, it has been functioning as a top-quality class A building and received a BREEAM certificate. Nine above-ground floors are connected by three new high-speed elevators. Its efficient HVAC system and 2.90 m height meet the expectations of even the most demanding tenants. The building perfectly combines historical values with modern elegance and prestige.
