A parcel of farmland extending to approximately 3.72 hectares (9.19 acres) ranging from 20m to 40m above sea level. The farmland is class 3(2) according to the James Hutton Institute land classification maps and is currently in permanent pasture for grazing livestock.
Lot 2 is a single field which bounds the town to the west, Cally Lodge and policies to the south, and the B727 to the north and east. There is an access gateway from the B727 adjacent to Scottish Power's substation.
