  • 12 Hope Street has a wonderful setting in the centre of the historic town of St Andrews. The property is a short walk from the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, the world famous Old Course and the West Sands beach. The property is also well placed for access to the university and all the shops, pubs and restaurants in the town centre.
  • St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the ‘Home of Golf'. The Old Course is a regular host to the Open Championship which recently took place in St Andrews in July 2022.
