Lot 1:
Springs Farm is accessed along a private gravel drive through a double electric gate. The farmhouse was built in the mid-18th Century and is Grade II listed, with accommodation split over three floors with a wine cellar. The house is linked to the barn and hexagonal Dovecote, study and 3 bedroom guest wing.

Built in the 17th Century, the farmhouse is Grade II listed, but currently uninhabited and n need of refurbishment. The ground floor is arranged to provide 2 living rooms and a large open plan kitchen and dining room. There are bedrooms and two family bathroom on the first floor, with a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.
Across the courtyard is Westbury Barn which is also Grade
II listed. The former stables and hay barn, was renovated
recently and gained planning permission to be used as ancillary residential for the Farmhouse. The space is used as
a study and billiards room.
Westbury Farm Guest Cottage is currently laid out to
provide 3 bedrooms and a sitting room, with no kitchen. The
adjacent open fronted 3-bay garage is currently used as an
entertainment space and has a first floor store.
The land totals 138.79 acres of permanent pasture and lakes,
which drain through various channels to the river.
