Situated as the head plot of a historical Berlin building block, Am Winterfeldt is an impressive project due to its prominent location, historical reference, and delicate architecture.
The architectural language takes up the classic town house rules of the historical Berlin building block and combines them with a contemporary abstraction to create a link to the surrounding large buildings, which integrate the project into the current urban context. High-quality natural stones provide the anchorage of the base in the urban space, while the upper floors are mainly characterized by the historical residential façade material - plaster - in tinted contrasts.
The building project consists of 225 apartments located a 7-storey block perimeter development with a very generous, spacious and green inner courtyard. The inner courtyard with its sufficient play and generous recreational areas is exclusively reserved for the private use and enjoyment of the residents.
