About this property

  • When St Aubyns was converted to apartments, Apartment 2 was designated as the penthouse for its size, additional private outdoor space, garage, and private gated entrance. This is a spacious apartment comprising of three double-bedrooms overlooking Looe Bay, which is just 50 meters from the sea and benefitting from fabulous maritime views.

Leading up the entrance steps you are welcomed into a generous-sized porch leading through another door and into your entrance hallway.

The hallway leads to a sitting room on your left with double doors leading straight into an open-plan kitchen / dining room area. From the main sitting room there is a terrace and veranda in front of the house, with plenty of space for an outdoor seating area, to enjoy the views across the lawn to Hannafore Beach.

Stepping back into the hallway, this leads to your family bathroom (complete with separate bath and shower) and three double-sized bedrooms of which two are en suite. All bedrooms feel spacious with allowance for plenty of natural light. The principal bedroom offers substantial space and being dual-aspect whilst the second bedroom leads to a cosy conservatory. The quality of finish throughout is very good indeed.

Outside - Stepping up the footpath through your private gate, you find yourself amidst a spacious private lawn which is surrounded by mature shrubs. Walking around the side of the property there is also some additional private outdoor space at the rear of St Aubyns with outside storage and a path leading to your garage.

2 St Aubyns truly has the feel and size to compare it to a house - in no way does this feel like your average apartment.
