Extending to just over 3,500 square feet of living accommodation, arranged over two floors, the property offers a combination of particularly well-proportioned, light filled rooms with excellent ceiling heights.

The ground floor provides a welcoming entrance hall with original tiled flooring, which provides access to two reception rooms of a similar size, both benefitting from deep bay windows with garden views. The formal dining room boasts a beautiful art deco fireplace and a superb decorative ceiling. The sitting room also boasts a decorative ceiling and a modern log burner and has access through to the kitchen-breakfast room as well as to the outside. There is a separate office on the ground floor with French doors leading to the garden.

The breakfast room provides a wonderful space for dining and relaxing with French doors leading to the south facing terrace.

A useful pantry/ utility room adjoins the kitchen, providing space for further appliances and storage with direct access to the garden. A separate wc and a convenient boot room completes the ground floor accommodation.
