There is a lovely fireplace with doors that open out into the kitchen. The kitchen has been designed and fitted by Hunts bespoke kitchens, with Miele dishwasher and washing machine, large LG fridge/freezer, Electric Neff oven and induction hob. The sitting room has an open fireplace with built in cupboards to either side. A door leads through to the south-west facing studio with original quarry tile floor, stairs give rise to the first floor and a door leads out to the garden. There is a recently refurbished downstairs shower room, study and garden room, both with double glazed doors leading out onto the patio terrace.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, family bathroom and separate w.c. There are two attic rooms with access via a step ladder which can be used as hobby rooms.
