About this property

  • A fine semi detached home which is approached by a generous driveway and well tended front garden.

Inside there is a lovely welcoming hallway which leads through the property with two large reception rooms with wonderful tall ceilings and cornicing to the left. The sitting room benefits from a feature fireplace and a large bay window to the front aspect allowing plenty of light to flood in. The sociable dining room flows nicely into the extensively fitted kitchen which looks out over the rear garden. There is a useful pantry area off the kitchen and also access out onto the garden. A further study and downstairs shower room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs a light and spacious landing with a fitted storage unit provides access to four double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

Outside is a treat, with the stunning mature gardens thoughtfully planted and well tended to by the current owners. There are numerous flower beds, established shrubs and trees and a level lawn area. To the rear of the garden is a summer house and to the side is a workshop/studio.
