About this property

  • This gorgeous period home is currently arranged over three floors to provide about 3343 square feet of accommodation including the garage and outbuildings and is set in simply delightful mature gardens. The house is beautifully presented throughout and offers a comfortable blend of contemporary fittings and finishes alongside many fine architectural features. There is a Portland stone open fireplace in the living room an elegant entrance hall and staircase.

Many of the rooms are dual aspect maximizing light and views whilst the main living room is triple aspect and has double doors that open out on to a lovely side terrace. The kitchen/breakfast room is a beautifully designed and fitted space along the back of the house, providing views over and access to the mature landscaped gardens.

On the first floor the large principle bedroom features fitted wardrobes and a stylish en suite bathroom. This floor also includes a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The attic space has also been wonderfully utilised to provide a generous guest suite or perhaps a games room and a further bathroom.

Externally the gardens are a stunning feature and beautifully landscaped and there are several paved patio areas ideal for entertaining with views to the north up to Reigate Hill. There is parking on the private drive for several cars with access to the recently re-built the double length garage. There is also a large independent workshop at the rear.
