The ground floor also contains a study and WC, while underfloor heating is provided by an air-sourced heat pump and a whole-house heat recovery ventilation system.

Upstairs, the first floor is made up of four large bedrooms, all of which are generously proportioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The property is approached via a five bar gate onto a forecourt with double garage. To the rear of the house, a paved terrace provides a secluded location, with views extending over woodland and fields towards the North Downs.
