    • Huntly House is believed to date from about 1880 and has been owned by one family for 100 years. It is a most attractive house with decorative timber facings and a stone wall running around the front of its corner sited garden. The property is situated on arguably the prettiest street in Dollar. It overlooks the Dollar Burn, has views to the hills and is only a short walk to the shops and Dollar Academy.

    • Dollar has a stunning setting at the foot of the Ochil Hills with Castle Campbell above. It has a useful selection of local shops and services, including two grocery stores, a delicatessen, a specialist wine shop, a bank and post office, a health centre and a dentist. The town is best known for its long established Academy with its imposing Doric façade. Dollar Academy is a co-educational day and boarding school and notable for its achievements in academic, sporting and artistic fields and has recently been voted The Sunday Times Scottish Independent Secondary School of the Year 2017. Other private schools such as Glenalmond, Strathallan, Kilgraston and Beaconhurst are also within easy reach.
    • Stirling (12 miles) has a more comprehensive selection of shops and professional services as well as a university and a commuter rail service to Edinburgh and Glasgow. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are wonderful walks to be enjoyed locally on the Ochil Hills while the more dramatic hills and lochs of Perthshire are only a short drive north.
