    Mr. Shams, a purchaser here at Victoria Park, comments below on his fantastic experience with Morris Homes;

    "We were living in a flat in London which had no outside space. This became a problem when the first lockdown happened as we didn't feel particularly safe going outdoors despite being allowed to go out for exercise once a day.

    Since the first lockdown, I have been working solely from home and now there has been a change in the way of working, with many predicting that employees will be allowed to work from home more often within a working week.

    Due to this shift in trend, our number one priority was a garden and I was prepared to travel further to work as I don't need to go in to the office all 5 days any more.

    We chose Banbury due to being able to get to Central London by train within an hour. Furthermore, all the necessary shops are nearby the house, including a retail park and the train station. Banbury is also close to Bicester Village which meets all our shopping needs.

    We chose Victoria park due to the quality of the house and are very impressed with the views our house overlooks. The house is spacious and includes a separate study/office.

    Our experience with Morris Homes has been excellent. They made the whole process stress free and kept us updated at every stage. Our neighbours are also very friendly and have welcomed us into the neighbourhood. Overall it has been a very positive experience."
