The second floor has a cosy attic bedroom with an antique Indian single bed and separate modern shower room.

Externally there is a large private courtyard, rose and herb gardens offering plenty of space for al-fresco dining and sunny spots for a morning coffee. Driveway parking for up to four cars is accessible by two sets of electric gates. The annexe has a large garden mostly laid to lawn which could be available by separate negotiation.

Please note: there is a small but deep pond (2m) in the courtyard and there is a studio space accessible from the courtyard that is excluded from the tenancy.
