The house benefits from 8 photo-voltaic panels, one solar panel for the hot water, an internal hoover system, air filtration system and underfloor heating to the ground floor and bathrooms on the second floor.

The house is laid out over three floors and entered through a covered porchway into the reception hall which opens the full height of the house to take advantage of the light and heat provided through the substantial windows on the first and second floors. Off the entrance hall is a good sized living room with a Clearview log burner, wooden beams to the ceiling, wooden flooring and French doors out to the garden. The kitchen and breakfast room has a bay window with window seat, wooden flooring, built in units and a self-cleaning oven with induction hob. Also to the ground floor is a study and WC.

Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor and the spacious master bedroom with dual aspect windows and an en suite bathroom with separate shower. Also to the first floor is a further double bedroom with an en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the green. On the second floor is a studio room spanning the whole of the house, with windows filling the apex at either end and further roof windows running the length of the room. To the rear of the house is a private cottage garden with grape vines creeping around pergolas, seating areas and a wildlife pond. Outbuildings provide a potting shed and log stores. The house also benefits from a car port with additiona storage.
